well, if the video is on www.youtube.com, then you will find a link on the right of the video called "Embed", and looks something like this:
object width="425" height="350" param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/vzTroCGYNrk" name="wmode"........ etc etc.
just copy paste this into you blogger compose window, and remember to awitch to HTML mode on the tab above the blog window before pasting!
